Call Center Site Selection

Who:   International Hotel & Resort Group

Problem:  Develop and present a detailed Site Selection plan for an additional Call Center in the Western region of the United States.

Solution:    Utilizing a decision matrix approach, HDCG engaged in extensive research on 5 major metropolitan areas in an effort to identify site options for a new Call Center.  Each location was evaluated for its contribution to the corporate stated strategic goals.  A comprehensive requirements plan was developed taking into consideration various demographic, economic and geographic data.  This data was then analyzed and presented to executive management for final review. 

Result:   Management is currently evaluating its expansion options to the recommended markets.
